Job Summary

The Lot Attendant is responsible for maintaining the dealership lot, ensuring vehicles are clean, organized, and ready for display. This role plays a key part in delivering a great first impression to customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organization of vehicle inventory on the lot
• Move and park vehicles safely and efficiently
• Keep lot clean, orderly, and presentable at all times
• Wash and prepare vehicles for display or delivery
• Check vehicles for damage and report any issues
• Assist sales and service departments as needed
• Ensure keys are properly stored and tracked

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, and moving vehicles for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs occasionally
